These were fun to bake and make and so scrumptious. The flowers on top are a simple trick with marshmallows. You simply take a large marshmallow, cut it in 5 slices with scissors, lay the pieces out on a plate and dust with sugar crystals. Once they dry a bit you arrange them on your cupcake in a circle slightly overlapping them a bit, then put more sprinkles on. Looks like you fussed all day.....just don't tell anyone you simple secret!
