Better than Cheesecake


I tried this fabulous recipe from Pinterest. It’s a Martha Stewart original and was amazing. It’s made in a springform pan and I love the way it displays after it’s all cooked. It would be great for a dinner party, kind of a show stopper for your guests. You cook your rigatoni slightly then stack all the rigatoni pieces upright in the springform pan. Once you have them all upright you fill the rigatoni crevices with a meat and pasta sauce filling. Mmmmmm. Then you top the whole concoction with mozzarella cheese and bake it. It looks fabulous cut into slices as well.
